1. Acceptance of Terms

2.4 Single Account Rule

3. Account Registration and Security

9.2 Effects of Termination

If termination results from fraudulent activity, money laundering, or serious Terms breach, all funds may be forfeited. If termination occurs without fault on your part, remaining balance will be returned via your registered payment method after deducting any applicable bonuses and processing fees.

9.3 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real money balance will be returned to you, but active bonuses will be forfeited. Closed accounts cannot be reopened except in exceptional circumstances at akbet's sole discretion.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, akbet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Informal Resolution

Before initiating formal proceedings, you must contact akbet customer support with a detailed description of your dispute. akbet will investigate and respond within fourteen (14) business days. Many disputes can be resolved efficiently through this informal process.

11.2 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines. By using akbet, you consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts and waive any objection to venue.

11.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against akbet.

12. Amendments to Terms
